Carrot:
loaded with fresh carrots, walnuts & sun dried cranberries and then filled with smooth, not-too-sweet cream cheese icing.

Chai spice:
alternating layers of chocolate & yellow cake filled with Chai tea butter  cream.

Chocolate:
soft & “chocolatety”--filling can be whatever you would like.


Chocolate Coconut:
snow white layers of coconut cake filled with semisweet           chocolate ganache and shredded coconut.
      

Chocolate Toffee Truffle:
layers of dark chocolate cake filled with crushed English          toffee & velvety chocolate truffle cream.

Coconut:
layers of white coconut cake filled with coconut buttercream and shredded coconut.

Key Lime Coconut:
soft yellow sponge cake filled with key lime chiboust and          shredded coconut.

Ginger Orange:
vanilla cake baked with flecks of crystallized ginger and orange zest and filled with orange butter cream.

Lemon:
moist, lemony yellow sponge cake filled with tart lemon curd & sweet vanilla  buttercream.

Marbled:
yellow & chocolate: yellow cake & chocolate cake & chocolate cake baked together in a swirled pattern with your choice of frosting.

Marbled--white & strawberry:
white cake & strawberry cake baked together in a swirled pattern with your choice of frosting.

Mint Chocolate Chip: 
chocolate sponge cake studded with chocolate chips & filled with mint infused ganache & mint butter cream.

Mocha Chocolate Chip:
dark chocolate sponge cake studded with chocolate chips &      filled with Kona & chocolate butter cream.

Pound Cake:
butter & vanilla dominate this moist, traditional cake.

Red Velvet:
traditional red tinted chocolate cake filled with cream cheese icing.

Strawberry Almond:
layers of snow-white sponge cake drizzled with fresh strawberry juice and filled with fresh strawberries and almond infused butter cream.              

Strawberry Shortcake:
three layers of yellow sponge cake filled with slightly               sweetened cream & fresh summer strawberries.  Seasonal flavor

Vanilla Orange:
soft yellow, orange flavored sponge cake filled and covered with Tahitian vanilla buttercream.

Vanilla Raspberry:
yellow sponge cake smeared with raspberry preserves & filled with French vanilla butter cream.

Walnut Dacquoise:
layers of roasted almond meringue filled with maple butter cream and roasted walnuts.

White:
classic sponge cake made with only the egg whites.

Yellow:
classic sponge cake made with whole eggs & Tahitian vanilla.
